Clinical Support
Home Dialysis Centers clinical and technical specialists will be available to train prospected patients and will provide support, teaching material, knowledge and expertise on an on-going-basis.
Areas where our clinical application personnel could assist the patients are as follows:
- Patient training room requirement: space & set-up
- Patient training
- Establishing a home daily dialysis patient focus group
- Establishing criteria for patient selection
- Organization of a patient information session
- Training tools for the patient and their support assistances
- Documentation tools
- Home follow-ups after patient has started home hemodialysis
