Clinical / Technical Support

Home Dialysis Centers clinical and technical specialists will be available to train prospective patients and will provide support, teaching material, knowledge and expertise on an on- going-basis.

Areas where our clinical application personnel could assist the patients are as follows:

• Patient training room requirement: space & set-up
• Patient training procedure and schedule
• Establishing a home daily dialysis patient focus group where patients can meet other home patients and share their own personal experiences.
• Establishing criteria for patient selection.
• Organization of a patient information session where patients are informed of the different modalities and equipment for their home hemodialysis.
• Training tools for the patient and their support assistances
• Documentation tools
• Home follow-ups after patient has started home hemodialysis

Our Patients can reach all support services during the week and additional technical and clinical support around the clock and weekends.

Once a month, our patients come to the clinic. During their visit, they are seen by the nephrologist, the home nurse with dietician and social work support made available to them.
